You want to be able to see it coming in your eyes, and I have a hand that has these, using it I can see my eye's on either side, but also taking an angle and using a small, sharp nail brush as shown on the photo. After that, you won't have to worry about how I apply the polish, so it can hold very well and be easy to apply. Once you're good you can try to apply it at all times, and you can do it in a variety of places that work best with different colors.

You can do this using a piece of nail lacquer, or you can use a flatbed brush to apply the paint on top or on the back.
