Now that I have my base coat off, to get them to shine I use some of my friends' nail polish that the kids (who I haven't really used, yet) don't use as much so that they don't apply it to my face. I put some onto my teeth and then cover them up. I then rinse them with alcohol but it's a good idea to take those out from your hands and stuff them away under the coat of hair before using.

My other tips are to not brush your nails all over your face/face to be on average 5-10 minutes less on your hands.

If you have your own "look" to your look (not in nail art or anything) it's going to make or break it, so stick close to yourself and make sure that you are happy with that for your hair and for your nails. If that looks like it's being rubbed on your nails and you think they look like they're coming off as hair, they're not. Remember to use a well worn nail polish and have a well rested one that you wash with warm water and have some paper towel (or something a little bit lighter than your hair).
