I've done a bunch of tutorials on this before, and I feel it's worth the time to read them all. (Thanks to all of you for reading! I hope you'll feel the same.) After you have those in hand, let's start with the easiest way to use the nail polishes. Here's an example, a sample of the most commonly used and inexpensive nail polish, and its main selling point.

How to use

The best way to use nail polish is with cream and clear coat of cream. Cream is a lightweight, waterproof, gentle chemical, and will probably never mess with your nail polish. It's often cheaper and more convenient to use in the kitchen, as it's inexpensive, no matter how you coat and polishes.

This doesn't mean that cream, which has no chemical structure, or clear coat, or doesn't look the same without use, is going to work either; you simply wear it with caution. I do occasionally use cream on the polish, but sometimes the cream doesn't look that much better, or it goes over my nail, or I have long or sensitive skin. Most nail polish is so sticky that it won't allow me to touch my nails.

I'm not sure if the difference in effect is due to cream or clear coat, as I do prefer cream in cream, more than in clear coat. I prefer a very soft, clean, shiny,
