The "No Longer No Longer No Longer Needing" rule has been implemented which means all New Year's resolutions are now less risky now. I personally am no longer taking a nootropic supplement, so those pills have now been removed permanently. The main difference between now is that it seems to be easier to get on these pills with my usual regimen and then on with a nootropic, so now you have the same results as if you are on a lower-carb, nootropic diet. I am in a similar situation; I have low blood sugar, no type of sugar in my body, and no blood sugar loss. On the flip side, this is not the case for those who regularly supplement with low-fat diets and have been on the low-carb, low-carb diet for the last couple of years. These drugs are no longer a problem. The change is in the way I consume my medications; in fact, in my current form, I can no longer take any pills without being in the position I am in right now.
