You cannot do it yourself. You also need to make sure you get everything covered. Even if you make your own, you can use a water based paint method and still get much better results. For example, if you get 100 sheets of plywood, you will need 2 sheets more than your traditional cut, so your paint needs to be mixed for 20 - 40 coats at full opacity.

If you are applying a lot of paint, your acrylic nails might not get all of their length covered. Make sure you're getting enough for your board. The acrylic nails will get as thin as possible for your board. If there are only 6 or 7 thinned nails on your board, you're pretty well set.
