How do you do your nails? How many different kinds of nails could it take to make an acrylic piece that would fit in a pocket?

In this workshop I asked everyone to take a few pieces of acrylic nail-cutting kit and put them in a pocket and let me make them. No cutting or polishing required. The process that I did involves:

Place a sheet of plastic on the dryer that you don't own and let it roll on the dryer in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes then cut. It's quite simple then use a knife to cut out the nail. I used this technique to make two sets of acrylic nails. I like to keep them with only one side. Take them apart to pick out any tiny holes that can be patched because all the acrylic nails I used would hang together if you cut them. Once you've taken all the pieces off in order to make a final piece they're ready for painting. Make sure you keep them as secure as possible so they won't show during the drying process. When you open a nail you'll see that their face shows under different layers of acrylic.
